Escort Brazilian Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Last revised: October 2026.

These terms set out how escortbrazilian.com works and what we expect from everyone who uses it, whether you live in Brazil or are just passing through. By browsing the directory or publishing a profile, you accept the rules below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

On this page

1. What escortbrazilian.com is

escortbrazilian.com is a directory of adult listings in Brazil. Every profile is created by an adult advertiser who describes themselves, states where they meet clients — at their own place, at a motel, at a hotel or at the client’s home — and explains how they prefer to be contacted. We sort that information by city and by meeting format so you can find what you are looking for quickly. Think of it as a noticeboard: advertisers post, visitors read.

2. What the site is not

We are not an agency, an employer or a go-between. We do not arrange meetings, book motel or hotel rooms, take payments for meetings or pass money from one person to another. We are not a party to anything an advertiser and a visitor agree on. We also do not check advertisers’ identity documents, age or photos, so we cannot tell you that a profile shows the real person or that what it says is accurate. Nothing in the directory is a recommendation or a promise from us.

3. Who is who

An advertiser is the adult who publishes a profile and is responsible for everything in it: text, pictures, rates, conditions and meeting formats. A visitor is anyone who browses the listings and decides, on their own, whether to get in touch with someone. The two deal with each other directly, through the channels shown on the profile. The site stays out of that conversation and has no access to it.

4. Adults only (18+)

This is adult content. To browse or advertise you must be at least 18 years old and allowed to view this kind of material where you are. If you are under 18, leave now. Any sign that a listing involves a minor leads to the profile being taken down at once, and the matter may be reported to the authorities.

5. What may not be posted

  • anything showing or suggesting a person under 18;
  • listings placed under pressure, threats or someone else’s control, or anything that points to exploitation;
  • another person’s photos, name, phone number or other details without their consent;
  • fake profiles, pictures of someone other than the advertiser, and misleading claims about location, looks or conditions;
  • requests for money meant to deceive, scams of any kind and threats against visitors;
  • content that encourages violence, hatred or anything that puts people at risk.

If you come across a listing like this, report it through the contact page and include the profile’s address.

6. Each person answers for their own choices

Advertisers are responsible for their own listings and for whatever they agree with the people who contact them. Visitors are responsible for their own decisions: who they talk to, where they agree to meet and what they arrange. escortbrazilian.com is not present at meetings, does not see private messages and is not liable for loss, damage or disputes between the parties. Before you arrange anything — especially if you are new to Brazil — read our safety guide, which focuses on choosing where to meet.

7. Removal and blocking

We may take down any listing, photo or text that breaks these terms, or that is the subject of a credible report, without notice. We may also block anyone who keeps posting prohibited content or uses the site to deceive others. If your photos have been published without your permission, ask for removal through the contact page and give us the address of the listing.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these rules when the site changes or when there is a need to. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the revision date at the bottom. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new version.

9. How to reach us

Questions about these terms, reports about listings and removal requests all go through the form on our contact page. We do not take phone calls and do not publish an e-mail address.
