Against human trafficking and exploitation
“
Last updated: October 2026.
escortbrazilian.com is meant for adults who choose to advertise on their own terms. Human trafficking, sexual exploitation and any involvement of people under 18 have no place in the directory. Profiles that show such signs are removed as soon as we find them, and the cases go to the authorities. We ask visitors for the same attention — especially travellers, who may be the only outsider to see what is really going on at a meeting.
Signs worth noticing
No single sign proves anything, but some situations are a reason to stop and think:
- At an advertiser’s own place, does someone else open the door or stay in the next room, acting as if they run things?
- At a motel or hotel, does she arrive with a companion who waits outside or takes the money?
- Is the person answering messages, agreeing on rates or setting times someone other than the one in the listing?
- Does she seem afraid of somebody, avoid talking, or keep checking her phone as if reporting in?
- Does she struggle to communicate, whether because of language or because she is wary of speaking?
- Can she not say which city or neighbourhood she is in, or say that she is not allowed to leave?
- Does she look younger than 18, or barely older?
If the answer to any of these is yes, do not go ahead with the meeting. Your safety and hers come first.
Who to call in Brazil
- 190 — Military Police, the emergency number for anyone in danger right now, threats or violence.
- Disque 100 — the national line for reporting human rights violations, including sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. Calls are free and can be anonymous.
If you do not speak Portuguese, ask hotel staff or someone you trust to help you place the call. Say what you saw, where and when: the name of the motel or hotel, the neighbourhood of the advertiser’s place, what the people involved looked like. Do not try to sort it out yourself or confront whoever seems to be in charge — that can make things worse for the victim.
Telling the site
If a profile in the directory is involved, report it to us as well on the report complaints page. Give the listing’s address and describe what caught your attention. Tick the question about minors or trafficking in the form: such reports are reviewed ahead of everything else, and the profile can be hidden straight away. Authorities who need data held by the site will find the procedure on our law enforcement page.
A report to us does not replace a report to the police. If someone is at risk, call 190 first.
A note on this page
