Escort Brazilian Advertiser Agreement

Advertiser Agreement

“

Last updated: October 2026.

This page is for people who place or keep a profile on escortbrazilian.com, including advertisers who write their listing in English for visitors from abroad. It sits on top of our general terms of use and covers only the advertiser’s side: what you promise when you post, what a listing may and may not contain, how we take content down, and where each side’s responsibility ends.

1. Accepting these rules and later changes

1.1 Submitting a profile, editing one or simply leaving it online means you accept this agreement as a whole. There is no option to agree to some parts and ignore the rest. If any rule here does not work for you, stop advertising on the site.

1.2 We revise these rules when the site changes, when a new kind of abuse appears or when something turns out to be unclear. Only the version on this page counts, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Keeping your profile live after a revision means you accept the new text.

2. Who may advertise

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old on the day you post, and every person in your photos must have been at least 18 when the picture was taken.

2.2 Your profile has to be about you. A listing about someone else is acceptable only when that adult has freely and clearly agreed to it, including the photos and the wording. Whoever manages a profile on another person’s behalf carries the same duties as the advertiser.

2.3 You advertise because you chose to. No one may write your text for you against your will, keep your earnings, or decide where and when you go.

2.4 Everything you submit must be true and up to date: display name, city, description, contact channels. When something changes, update it.

3. Publishing standards

3.1 Visitors to escortbrazilian.com — many of them travellers who do not know the city — choose profiles mainly by where the meeting takes place. The format you select therefore has to be accurate:

  • Own place (local próprio): select it only if the space exists, is available to you and matches the description in your listing.
  • Motel: say whether you usually suggest a specific motel or go along with the visitor’s choice.
  • Hotel: say whether you meet in hotels and on what conditions. Each hotel sets its own guest rules, so do not promise access that depends on staff you do not control.
  • Outcall: name the area you travel to, and do not offer trips you have no intention of making.

3.2 The following will never be accepted:

  • anyone under 18, or wording, outfits, settings or tags that hint at it;
  • listings placed under threat, debt pressure, surveillance or any other control by a third party;
  • someone else’s pictures, stock images, or photos edited until they no longer show the person who meets the visitor;
  • intimate images of anyone who did not agree to their publication;
  • misleading details about location, looks, age or conditions, and requests for money meant to deceive;
  • threats, insults, calls to violence or hatred, and links to pages that carry them.

3.3 Third parties’ personal details — a real name, phone number, address or face shown without permission — may not appear anywhere in a profile.

4. Moderation, editing and removal

4.1 The site does not check identity documents or ages and is not present at any meeting. What we do is look into a profile when a warning sign or a complaint reaches us, and act on what we find.

4.2 We may refuse a submission, hide a photo, fix an obvious formatting fault or take the whole profile down, without advance notice, whenever there is a sign that these rules were broken. We do not rewrite listings to make them compliant; content that breaks the rules is simply removed.

4.3 Serious cases — a possible minor, signs of exploitation, stolen photos — are removed at once and may be passed to the authorities. Anyone blocked for these reasons must not return under a new name or a new profile.

4.4 You can ask us to remove your own listing at any time through the contact page; include the profile’s address.

5. Rights to your material

5.1 By posting text and photos you confirm that you created them or hold permission from whoever did, and that everyone shown agreed both to being photographed and to appearing on the site.

5.2 Your material stays yours. In exchange for publication, you allow escortbrazilian.com, free of charge on both sides, to display it, resize it, crop thumbnails from it and place it on city and meeting-format pages for as long as the profile is active and for the time needed to take it down.

5.3 If another listing on this site uses your photos, follow the steps on our DMCA copyright page. We cannot stop copies made on other websites.

6. Your responsibility and indemnity

6.1 You answer for everything in your profile: words, images, stated rates, contact channels and links. You also answer for what you arrange in private messages and for what happens at the meeting itself, whether at your own place, a motel, a hotel or the visitor’s address.

6.2 If your listing or your conduct leads to a claim, demand or lawsuit against the site, you agree to cover the resulting costs and to indemnify escortbrazilian.com for the losses involved, including legal defence expenses.

7. Limits on the site’s liability

7.1 escortbrazilian.com is a directory. It does not employ advertisers, book appointments, reserve rooms or handle payment for meetings, and it acts as no one’s agency. For that reason it is not answerable for how visitors who contact you behave, for no-shows, delays, scams, disputes over money or any harm that happens during a meeting.

7.2 The site may go offline, show errors or lose content through technical faults. Keep your own copies of photos and text; we take on no duty to store them or send them back.

8. General terms

8.1 If any clause of this agreement is found invalid, the rest stays in force.

8.2 Not enforcing a rule on one occasion does not mean we give it up for the next.

8.3 You may not hand your profile, or the rights and duties set out here, to anyone else.

8.4 To flag someone else’s listing, use report complaints.
