Report complaints

Last updated: October 2026.

This page is where complaints about profiles and content on escortbrazilian.com come in. Anyone can use it — a visitor, an advertiser, or someone who found their own face in a listing without ever having advertised.

What you can report

  • a profile showing someone who looks under 18;
  • signs that the advertiser is being controlled, watched or forced by another person;
  • intimate photos posted without the consent of the person in them;
  • your photos, name or phone number being used by somebody else;
  • an “own place” that does not exist, a made-up motel or hotel address, a deposit request followed by silence;
  • threats, blackmail or unexpected demands for money after contact made through the directory.

How we review a complaint

Every complaint is read by a person, not sorted by a machine. Anything involving a possible minor, exploitation or non-consensual intimate images goes to the front of the queue. While we look into it, the reported profile may be partly or fully hidden. If we need more details, we use the reply channel you leave in the form; without one, we still review the complaint, but cannot get back to you.

Possible outcomes

When we find that the rules were broken, the response depends on how serious the problem is:

  • removing a single photo or part of the text;
  • suspending the profile for a while;
  • taking the listing down for good and blocking whoever posted it;
  • passing the case to the police when there are signs of a crime.

We have no reach over what happened away from the site — in a chat app, at a hotel, during a meeting — beyond removing the profile linked to it. If a crime took place, go to the police; if you are in danger right now, call 190.

Consent of the people pictured

Everyone who appears in a listing, whether their face is visible or not, must have agreed to be photographed and to have the image shown on escortbrazilian.com. We may ask an advertiser to show that consent at any moment. If you appear in an intimate image you never approved, you can report it yourself or through someone you name. Removal of this kind of image takes top priority, and we also look for identical copies in other profiles on the site.

Copyright goes elsewhere

This form does not handle copyright claims. If the issue is that someone copied a photo or text you created, use the procedure on our DMCA page.

What we need from you

Give the exact address of every profile you are reporting, one per line. Links to a city page, a search result or a list of meeting formats do not point to a specific listing, so we cannot act on them. Describe what you saw in a few sentences; screenshots help.

Form fields:

  • address of the reported profile or profiles (required);
  • does the content involve a minor or possible human trafficking? (yes/no, required);
  • does the content show nudity or sexual activity of someone who did not agree to its publication? (yes/no, required);
  • description of the problem (required);
  • reply channel (optional);
  • signature: typed name, confirming the information is true (required).
