Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions people ask most about escortbrazilian.com. If you are visiting Brazil or have recently moved here, several of them will save you some confusion, because the way meetings are arranged here — and where they take place — is not quite the same as in other countries. Anything not covered here can be sent through the contact page.
How can I tell where an advertiser meets clients?
Each listing states its meeting format, and it is worth checking that first. Brazilian listings usually split into com local (the advertiser has their own place and you go there) and sem local (they come to you). A third option, very common here, is a motel. You will also see hotel and a domicílio, which means at your home. Phrases such as “atendo em” or “recebo em” in a profile describe exactly this. If the listing is unclear, ask in your first message, before you get to times.
What is a motel in Brazil, and why do so many listings mention one?
A Brazilian motel is not a roadside stop for travellers. It is a place where adults rent a suite for a few hours, with a discreet entrance and staff on site. For a meeting arranged through a directory, that makes it neutral ground: neither person has to reveal where they live or where they are staying. That is why motels come up so often in Brazilian listings. If you agree to meet at one, settle in advance which motel it will be and how each of you will get there.
Can I invite an advertiser to my hotel?
That depends on the advertiser and on the hotel. Many profiles list hotels among the formats they accept, but the decision is theirs, so raise it early. Hotels also have their own visitor rules: some ask guests’ visitors for ID at the front desk, others do not let non-guests go up to the rooms at all. Check with reception before you arrange anything, so nobody is left waiting in the lobby. If your hotel does not allow visitors, a motel is the usual alternative.
Who pays for the motel room?
That is between you and the advertiser; the site plays no part in it. The room may be included in what the advertiser asks for or paid separately — there is no fixed rule. What matters is agreeing on it before you set off, together with which motel and how long you will stay, so there are no surprises when the bill arrives at check-out. escortbrazilian.com does not recommend motels, book rooms or receive any money from them.
How do I contact an advertiser?
Use the channels shown on the profile, usually a phone number or a messaging app. You deal with the advertiser directly; the site does not forward messages or store conversations. Keep your first message clear: say which listing you saw, which city you are in and which format you prefer. Many advertisers write in Portuguese, so a short, simple message — or a translation app — works better than long English paragraphs. Respect the hours shown on the profile and take a “no” gracefully.
Who decides the rate?
The advertiser, always. escortbrazilian.com does not set prices, negotiate or take any payment from visitors. The rates on a profile were written by the advertiser and may vary with duration, format and place — coming to your hotel can carry different terms from meeting at their own place, for example. Ask about everything beforehand: time, amount, how to pay and what is included. In Brazil, payment is usually settled at the start of the meeting. See the safety guide for more.
What if I need to cancel or change the time?
Tell the advertiser directly, on the same channel you used to arrange things, and as early as you can. The site has no booking system, so it cannot cancel anything for you. Cancellation terms — whether there is a charge, whether you can move to another day — are up to each advertiser, so ask before you confirm.
If you booked a motel or hotel room yourself, remember that it has its own rules. If an advertiser asks for money to hold a slot and then disappears, let us know through the contact page.
I think a profile is fake. What should I do?
Be wary of photos that look like a fashion shoot, generic text, and replies that dodge simple questions such as which neighbourhood they are in or whether they have their own place. Ask for a short video call before meeting; real people tend to agree. Run a reverse image search on the photos: if the same pictures appear under other names or in other cities, walk away. A request for a deposit to secure the appointment is the clearest warning sign. Do not pay — report the listing instead.
Does the site know who I am when I browse?
You do not create an account or give a name or phone number to browse. The site logs only technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep pages running and count visits in aggregate. We do not build visitor profiles and we never tell advertisers who has viewed their listing. What you say to an advertiser in a message stays between the two of you, outside the site. To leave fewer traces on your device, use a private browsing window. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I report a listing?
Use the form on the contact page. Paste the profile address and tell us what you saw: a possible minor, someone else’s photos, a demand for money up front, threats, an address that does not exist, or any sign that someone is advertising under pressure. The more specific you are, the better — screenshots of the conversation help. Every report is read, and listings that break the terms of use are taken down. If you are in danger right now, do not wait for us: call 190.
How do I get my photos or personal details removed?
Whether you are an advertiser who wants to close a profile or someone whose photos or details were posted without permission, write to us through the contact page with the listing address and say what needs to go. We may ask for something that shows the request comes from you, so that nobody can delete other people’s profiles. Requests to publish a new profile go through the same form, and the conditions are explained in our reply.
Do I have to be 18 to use the site?
Yes. escortbrazilian.com is an adult directory, and visitors and advertisers alike must be 18 or older. If you are not, please close the site. We do not check advertisers’ documents, so no profile proves anyone’s age; that is why any sign that a listing shows a minor should be reported straight away through the contact page. Such listings are removed and the case may be passed to the authorities.
